Please read through our terms and conditions carefully to understand the policies and regulations governing our delivery services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

ICE Terms and conditions regarding size, delivery, and complaints:

Size:

  1. The maximum size and weight of a single shipment are determined by the available cargo space and weight capacity of the truck.
  2. Palletize delivery with a maximum height of 1.8 m^3. For overhang cargo or irregularly shaped products, evaluation and agreement by both parties are required.
  3. Any shipment exceeding these dimensions must be evaluated and approved by ICE on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Cargo must be well packed and well-insulated to avoid any leaks or contaminations during the handover and delivery process.
  5. Hazardous materials are prohibited. For high-risk materials such as those prone to contamination, leaks, or explosives, they need to be declared prior to the handover process.
  6. The products being shipped are not prohibited or illegal according to the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  7. Products with high sensitivity or high value need to be declared in advance.

Delivery:

1. Delivery timeframes depend on the pickup and delivery locations, as well as the availability of cargo space and truck capacity.

2. ICE provides estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.

3. Deliveries may be rescheduled with advance notice, but additional fees may apply.

4. Deliveries are made to designated locations only, and additional fees may apply for specific delivery requirements or special handling.

Complaints:

  1. Complaints for temperature-sensitive products will only be accepted upon receipt of the goods.
  2. Please submit complaints in writing via mail, fax, or email, including the shipment number, complaint details, and any supporting documentation.
  3. ICE will promptly investigate the complaint and provide the customer with a proposed solution or course of action.
  4. High sensitivity and high-value products need to be declared in advance, and cargo insurance is required.
