How To Pack Your Product?
With our expert packing guidelines, you can pack your products with care and have peace of mind that their freshness will be guaranteed throughout transit and upon arrival.
To ensure the best results, please follow these packaging guidelines.
-
Packing Material
Please ensure that your packing materials are durable enough for frozen and chilled temperature products.
-
Avoid Using These Packing Materials
Avoid using these materials to pack your cold or frozen products, such as paper and thin cardboard. These materials can potentially damage the packaging and compromise the quality of your products during transit.
-
How to Assemble Your Cardboard Correctly
To ensure your products are securely packed, we recommend using either the Crossing Method or the H Method.
For the Crossing Method :
Assemble the cardboard and use duct tape in a crossed pattern to reinforce the center area and hold the weight of the product.
For the "H" Method:
Alternatively, you can use the H Method by duct taping the sides and center of the cardboard box in an H shape. -
Store Heavy Products At The Bottom, And Light Ones At The Top.
To prevent damage to lighter products, store heavier items at the bottom and lighter ones on top when packing multiple products in a cardboard box.
-
Do not Overpack Boxes to Avoid Damage
It is recommended to avoid packing your boxes too heavy, and not to force products into one box to prevent damage or tearing of your cardboard.
-
Fill Gaps to Protect Your Products During Delivery
To prevent product breakage during delivery, avoid leaving gaps between products and packaging. Fill any gaps with newspaper, bubble wrap, or towels to prevent movement and damage.
-
Do Not Combine Packages
Avoid joining multiple package boxes with tape or string as it may cause damage or separation during shipment.
-
Restricted Product Delivery
We currently do not accept delivery of products with strong or pungent odors, such as durian, squid, and coral fish. However, vacuum-sealed fish fillets are permitted.
-
