How to Place an Order on ICE's Website?
Here are the steps to order shipping on ICE's Website:
- Register or log in to your ICE account.
- Enter the pickup and drop-off addresses.
- Enter the size of the cargo.
- Enter the quantity of the items being shipped.
- Select the shipping option (LTL/FTL).
- Choose a payment method.
- Click "Order" to confirm your shipment.
- Make payment for the shipment.
- Receive a receipt of your order via email.

How to Check Cargo Shipping Price?
To check the shipping cost of your cargo, follow these steps:
Go to the "Estimate Rate" box on our website.
- Enter the pickup address and destination address for your shipment.
- Enter the size or volume of your product.
- Enter the quantity of your product.
Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.

How to Track Your Product Location?
To Track Your Product's Location:
- Go to the "Track" page.
- Enter your Order ID from the receipt. Track the location of your shipment with ease using your order ID.
- For multiple shipments, separate the IDs with commas and click 'Track'.
Afterward, the location of your product will be displayed to you.

- Fill out the contact form with your personal information and the details of your complaint.
- Include any relevant photo documentation or evidence related to your complaint.
- Submit the form.

What Product Categories are Allowed for Delivery with ICE?
The following Product Categories are allowed for shipment through ICE Delivery.
Please note that products with a sharp or pungent odor, such as durian, squid, and coral fish, are not allowed. However, vacuum-sealed fish fillets are allowed for shipping.
